The store and the license server are operated on sdravobiz.com. FC Pulse orders are recorded and invoiced there by Sdravobiz S.R.L.
Purpose of the product
FC Pulse is a WordPress plugin. It gives the customer’s Fluent Community a mobile interface: the activity feed, spaces, courses, conversations, profile and notifications, on its members’ phones. It works with SdravoCore, a free plugin from the publisher, installed alongside it.
The plugin is installed and runs on the customer’s WordPress site, on the customer’s own hosting. Sdravobiz S.R.L. does not host the customer’s site, community or members’ data. No member data passes through the publisher’s servers.

The infrastructure of the fcpulse.pro website is rented from o2switch.

The license and update server, operated on sdravobiz.com, is hosted under the same conditions. From a customer’s site, it receives only that site’s address, the license key, the product identifier and the installed version number.
Intellectual property
The FC Pulse trademark, the logo, the visual identity, the architecture of the website, its texts, illustrations, screenshots and all the elements that make it up are the exclusive property of Sdravobiz S.R.L. or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or use, in whole or in part, of the elements of the website, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written permission of Sdravobiz S.R.L., is prohibited. This prohibition does not affect the rights granted by the code license described below.
Customers’ content, trademarks and distinctive signs, as well as their members’ data, remain their exclusive property.
Code license
The PHP code of the FC Pulse plugin is distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, in line with the WordPress ecosystem on which it depends.
The following are not covered by this license and remain protected by copyright and trademark law: the FC Pulse name and logo, images, illustrations, fonts, style sheets, documentation content and website texts.
What the customer acquires when ordering is not the code itself, but a license key granting, for a set number of sites, the right to the updates served from the publisher’s server and to support. The terms are detailed in articles 8 to 11 of the General terms of sale.
Liability
Sdravobiz S.R.L. uses reasonable means to ensure that the information published on the website is accurate and up to date, without being able to guarantee that it is complete or free of errors. The features, prices and availability presented may change. Only the terms in force on the date of the order, as set out in the General terms of sale, are binding on Sdravobiz S.R.L.
The screens, communities, members and figures shown on the website are fictitious and provided for illustration purposes. They constitute neither a commitment to results nor a guarantee of performance.
The website may contain links to third-party sites, over whose content Sdravobiz S.R.L. has no control and for which it accepts no liability.
Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data collected through the website and when placing orders is described in the Privacy policy. It also specifies what the plugin stores on its customers’ sites.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legea nr. 190/2018, everyone has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of their data. These rights can be exercised by writing to contact@sdravobiz.com, with “GDPR” in the subject line.

Mediation and disputes

The website and the product are governed by Romanian law, subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer’s country of habitual residence.
